About Mo - Located in Bellfield
Hey there, folks! The name's Mo, and I must say, I'm quite the dapper little fellow. I mean, just look at me—handsome as can be! And guess what? I come with a charming personality to match.
You see, I'm not your average kitty. I'm a professional shadow, a master of following my humans around and engaging in some delightful chitchat. Yep, I love a good conversation, especially when it leads to some quality pats and affection. So, if you're ready for a lifetime of banter and belly rubs, I'm your guy!
But here's the deal—I'm on the hunt for my forever human, someone who will be my partner-in-crime and shower me with all the love I deserve. I'm a playful feline too, and I absolutely adore hanging out with my siblings. Having one of them or a friendly cat companion in my new forever home would be just purr-fect.
Now, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any dogs, small children, or experiencing the hustle and bustle of a noisy household. Frankly, I'm not sure what I'd make of it all, but I'm open to new adventures as long as they come with a side of gentleness.
Oh, and here's my little secret dream: I'd absolutely love to have access to an outdoor cat enclosure. Picture it – me, basking in the sun, watching the world go by, and maybe even chasing a few butterflies if I'm feeling adventurous.

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
