Hi, I’m Rudy, a sweet natured boy that is a calm, amiable and happy who likes being near humans, but also likes to go off for naps, investigating in the garden, chasing birds or finding a sunny patch to relax in.

I am calm and enjoy baths and being pampered and fussed over and scratched behind the ears.

I am responsive and obedient boy and if you ask me to hop into my bed, go outside or come for a walk I do what I am told. I also respond well to stay, sit, come, walk, dinner commands.

I’m a good watchdog and I will bark if someone new comes to the house but will quickly settle again when I find they are a friend.

I do love playing with squeaky toys, hide and seek, and tug of war and go to my bed at night and stay there quietly until morning.

I don’t scratch at fences or any furniture and am toilet trained with maybe just the very occasional accident.

I would love a human at home with me a lot of the time although I will happily sleep in a sunny spot while everyone is out, too.

I do not much like car travel but am letting get better.

I have not had any experience with young children or many other dogs so I could do with some help teaching me how not to pull on the lead as I do get excited when I see other dogs on my walks.
