About Willow - 6 Month Old Wolfhound X (Trial 20/6/23)
Willow is a 6 month old, female, Wolfhound cross breed puppy. She is a happy go lucky pup, with a soft and sweet nature. She is delicate and smart to boot.
Willow is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a loving home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She has met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them. She has been consolidating her toilet training and has managed to sleep through the night without an accident.
Willow will grow up to be a medium/ large sized dog, although we are unsure of her exact breeding. She will require puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. And will need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. Willow has been taught the basics such as sit, wait and how to walk on a lead and bed. She is patient waiting for her meals and has good manners when she is eating.
Willow needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside as she has been very well behaved and sleeping in her foster carers bedroom at night. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children. You need to have good fencing without gaps.
To register your interest in adopting Willow you can fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
PLEASE NOTE: When applying for our dogs and puppies, please ensure to list the name of the dog you wish to adopt. Please do NOT just list the reference number or the microchip number as this will delay your application reaching the correct foster carer.
You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au or www.petrescue.com.au
Willow is in foster care in the Wyee Point, NSW area. They are NOT currently available for interstate adoption. The adoption fee is $700.00 and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Dog Rescue Newcastle provides individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.
