About Summer
Hi, my name's Summer. I come from a hoarder property that had 45 cats and kittens! I was a young mum and was pregnant when I came into care. My babies have found their homes now, and I'm ready to find mine!
I'm a sweet girl who is very friendly and affectionate. I love attention and will meow at you for pats. I'm a real lap cat and would be purrfect for a home looking for a young girl who is out of her destructive kitten stage.
Summer has been:
- Tried with cats and is fine with them but prefers to be alone
- Tried with children and is fine with them
- Untried with dogs

Summer is approximately 4 months old (approx DOB: 10/11/21) and her adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st vaccination
- Microchipping
- Parasite treatments until the date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of her current food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys, and other goodies to get her started.

Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
