Kismet

There are really no words which capture how SUPERB Kismet is. Sweet, snuggly shiny house panther comes kinda close. With a stylish inky black coat, not a fleck of white, and the brightest green eyes you've ever seen, you'd be mad not to pay attention to him.

Kismet isn't fussed on being picked up, but he is the kind of cat who will need to be nearby at all times. He will give many lap and bed cuddles. It's truly amazing how he can be curled in a ball and still have his entire back touching you.

He is quite gentlemanly, almost reserved sometimes. But once he knows you're his person, it's up to you to administer pats at every opportunity. He is quite playful, and LOVES to climb. If he wasn't so large he would climb the curtains. He has been spotted walking around on the top of the door more than once. So a tall cat tree or 2 really are a must for him.

Kismet is really well socialised. He has grown up around cats, dogs and kids. He has no real interest in the dogs, so would do well in a house with a quieter dog. And he's just 'ok;' with kids. He won't hide, but he won't seek them out right now. In a quieter house with respectful kids he would be ok.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from our group. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
