About Ollie
Are you wanting a gorgeous elderly gentleman to steal your heart and probably your seat!
Please meet Ollie – a gorgeous 13 year old and 10 month Maltese x Shih Tzu furbaby that will put a smile on your face with his love for life
Because he is a small white fluffy dogs we is one of those’ that means he would prefer someone who is home more often than not, works for home, is retired – you get the picture he is a lap dog!
Ollie has come into care and being a great mentor for other small fluffies who have been fostered – Ollie enjoys a game or two but will bow out if tired or too rough. He will sit on the side line and watch happily.
We currently live with young teenagers in the home and we love a cuddle from them but also quiet time – probably best in a home with older kids but grandkids / cousins who can visit regularly.
Ollie will be your little shadow even when you mow the yard. Ollie is definitely chilled and loves cuddling on the couch – however will get up and follow you when you do things.
He loves exploring outside in the yard and going for short walks (please note due to his age we would be looking at a home that is one story or few steps just so that he doesn’t have that issue as he gets older at present as it gets colder Ollie does take that minute more to get up and move around but who doesn’t in this cold weather?
Ollie is great with his food – but will spit his broccoli out if given some.
Ollie has had dental work completed while he was in care and had 10 teeth extracted – he will now happily show you his pearly whites.
Ollie also had some lumps removed from his right eye (eyelid and corner of eye)
Ollie’s foster mum says he is so full of love and is a happy boy and of course a handsome boy!
Ollie has previously lived with cats with no issue.
Ollie also lives with chickens (not free range) and has no interest.
Ollie does have a coat that requires grooming so please keep this in mind when applying as it’s an ongoing expense.
Ollie is toilet trained
If you are looking for a beautiful gentle and affectionate companion and can offer a warm home, comfortable bed and plenty of love then please send through an adoption application.

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.

Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
