Pocahontas is a beautiful calico cat with a stunning coat and perfect personality. Her expressive face is always filled with warmth and curiosity, perfectly matching her gentle and sweet nature. Pocahontas is always ready to shower her humans with love and affection, purring contently as she seeks cuddles and companionship. Despite her timidity around other cats, she forms a strong bond with her human caregivers and brings joy to their lives.

Background:
Pocahontas found herself in a rural pound and booked for euthanasia. We were unwilling to watch this happen to such a beautiful and gentle natured kitty, so found her an urgent foster home and brought her into rescue care. She has been successfully litterbox trained, ensuring a smooth transition into a home environment. Pocahontas has also been vaccinated, microchipped, and desexed.

Pocahontas would thrive in a calm and loving home where she can receive plenty of attention and affection. She seeks a space where she can be the only cat or with a very calm feline friend, as she feels timid and nervous around new feline companions. A household that can provide a safe and secure environment, along with patient and understanding caregivers, will enable Pocahontas to build confidence and feel secure. She will truly blossom in a setting where she can enjoy peaceful cuddle sessions and bond with her human family.
Adoption details
First, families register their interest in an adoptable pet by filling out an application form. Once the application has been received and approved, you will be contacted for a meet and greet with your potential new family member. Pending a successful meet, adoption paperwork will be completed and payment is received - your new family member is able to go home with you.
