Misty

Misty is 6 years old and has had a rough start in life. She is timid and isn’t confident to move around while you are watching initially, but quite comfortable when she thinks she doesn’t have people about. In the last week she has learnt to start to trust people, but you will need to be patient while your bond grows. She eats well, but prefers to eat without at audience.

Misty enjoys the company of other dogs and doesn’t mind the cat either!

She is toilet trained and will take herself outside when she needs to. She needs access to an outside area for toileting, to explore and sniff. Once she develops trust and a bond with you she loves to cuddle and snuggle and LOVES to watch TV with you!

She is learning her name, but doesn’t always come when called, however she will sit and wait for you to go to her. She walks with a harness and lead quite well, you just have to be patient and reassuring. She walks better when she has a doggy friend to be with.

Misty is the most beautiful sweet natured girl who needs a home with another pooch to help her feel safe and grow confidence while she learns how her new family and home run. She is timid around children so would prefer a home with kids 12 and up.

Misty will need ongoing grooming to ensure her coat is kept in good condition.
