Introducing Rosie, a gorgeous older girl with a lovely merle coat and pretty blue eyes. Rosie is an 11-year-old female Coolie cross border collie. 🐕
Rosie is a beautiful natured affectionate sweet older girl. She is a relaxed low maintenance easy going dog. Rosie is looking for a calm home to retire in. Rosie is good with dogs and would best suit a home with another dog for company. If Rosie was to be an only dog she would need someone home most of the time.
Rosie loves kids, although they don't always love her penchant to smother them with doggy kisses.
Rosie appears to have been an outside dog in the past, but is now house trained. She loves being an inside/outside dog at her foster home as she loves being inside with her people!
She walks well on lead, and likes going for slow relaxed walks that don’t need to be too long in duration. She is good with other dogs and loves people. She loves following you around the house and lying at your feet gazing up at your adoringly wherever you are in the house. She is very sweet and affectionate and loves being next to you, getting lots of pats! She sleeps outside without issue at her foster home and isn’t destructive or a barker.
As a working breed, Rosie needs daily exercise and mental stimulation to keep her a happy & balanced dog.

~As a working breed I will need lots of mental & physical stimulation. How to do
plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and
your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas
will be required.
~A vet reference may be required.
