Introducing Winston 💙

Winston is a handsome boy who found himself abandoned in the pound - his owner not bothering to collect him 😭 Because of this we don't know what his name was so he has been busy learning his new name :)

Winston is a high energy dog who loves to play with other dogs, large and small. He is looking for an active family (and possibly a family with breed specific experience) that will regularly exercise him, at least one walk a day but if time permits a morning and evening stroll works well with him. He is learning to walk on a halti which has improved his manners when walking so we encourage this to continue with his new family.

Winston's manners are impeccable. He sits and waits for his dinner, ok is his release word, Winson will sit straight away when asked. He also knows shake!

Being a Harrier breed, he does put his nose down and forgets that you're even there so off- lead walking is better kept for dog parks until his recall is better established.

Winston loves nothing more than to snuggle on the couch at the end of the day with his humans. He will need plenty of non-destructable toys and potentially a safe space where he can be safely kept throughout the day when you are not home as he can be naughty and chew things he is not supposed too.

Winston is a beautiful boy looking for direction, a family who is committed to further his training and offer him a lifetime of love and adventures.

Winston is desexed, microchipped vaccinated flea and worm treated.
