About Bella
Meet beautiful Bella, a 1 year old Kelpie and super sweet girl that loves being with and around you.
Bella has a lovely temperament and is keen on everyone she meets. She has developed a strong bond with her foster sister with the two of them regularly enjoying a good tug of war. Then there’s nothing better than cuddles with her foster family.
Bella responds to basic commands, is house-trained, walks well on a lead and has good recall. She sleeps well through the night. But Bella will need ongoing dedicated training, as she is very smart so will respond well to routine and boundaries. Bella is also good around kids and cats however not suited to a home with chickens. Bella has been working on her ‘off switch’ and will need a family to continue this training with daily physical exercise and mental stimulation. She would do best in a home with another doggy friend and a family who is home more often than not. High, secure fencing is a must.
With her gentle temperament and affectionate nature, Bella is ready to find her forever home. If you have experience with working breeds and possibly another active doggy for her to play with – and learn from – then she is the girl for you. She would make a great friend to anyone who can spend a lot of time with her – someone who is dedicated to continuing her training and manners, and who will give her love, boundaries, guidance and the mental stimulation she needs to ensure her continued development. In return, she will give her new human family a lot of love and will be a lifelong friend.
If Bella sounds like the girl for you, please send in an application today!
Bella is located in VIC.

You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
