About Edgar - 8 Week Old Border Collie X Staffy (Trial)
Edgar is roly-poly, uber-adorable Border-Collie / Staffy-mix male pup.
** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – ALL THE WAY TO THE END **
At 8-9 weeks old, Edgar is a lovable little character. His favourite things are cuddles, sleep, food and play – in that order. His doughy puppy eyes and symmetrical, cheerful face will melt your heart. He’d be perfect for a toilet paper or tissue commercial!
He has a delightful balance of chill and play. While it’s very early days, he demonstrates good focus, alertness and environmental awareness for a young pup. He’s in the early stages of toilet training and he has quickly learnt “no” when he’s doing something he shouldn’t. Edgar currently lives with his foster sister would benefit from a home with another doggo to learn from and play with.
With love, guidance, and consistent training he will develop into the bestest doggo. He has a small dose of mischief, but very standard for a healthy, happy pup at this age.
We recommend puppy school to give your puppy the best start in life, as well as a great opportunity to bond with your new furry friend.
Please consider Edgar’s suitability for your lifestyle and family before submitting an adoption application. You will also need stable accommodation and a secure yard. He is not suitable for apartment living.
Edgar's adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Edgar is in foster care in Mayfield, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
To apply to meet Edgar, please fill out our Adoption Questionnaire https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt. If you have any questions, you can send an email to kathryneglover.drn@gmail.com
