About Lucy
Hi, my name is Lucy! I'm a 1 year old Koolie X female who loves to learn and keep busy! I’ve grown quite quickly into a medium sized girl. I’m very affectionate with my humans and enjoy endless pats and cuddles. I will follow you everywhere.
After a slow introduction to other furry friends, I am very playful! I like to play tug of war and chase my paw friends around. I currently have a foster sibling who I love to play with and learn from.
I sleep in my bed outside at night and have basic manners. I’ve been making progress in learning to come when called and how to walk on my leash. I’m eager to continue my training. I just love to explore and sniff everything!
I will suit a family with an active lifestyle and understand my needs of mental and physical stimulation and continue my training. If I were to have a paw friend in my new home, they will need to keep up with my energetic nature. My foster home has chickens which I show some interest in, so I may need to be monitored around poultry/livestock to begin with.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
