About Frankie
Frankie is a young man with lots of energy, love and laughs to give. When you get home, he greets you at the door and rolls around on his back, displaying his belly in some kind of welcome dance.
His favourite toy is the foil ball, thrown up the stairs for him to chase back down in a haphazard, noisy, clumsy ball of black and white fur. Sometimes he will bring the ball back up the stairs himself if you don’t throw it fast enough! Is Frankie really a puppy?
Frankie is very chatty and loves pats. He will look at your hand as if it is broken if it is not patting him.
Hold on if he’s sitting on your lap, otherwise he is likely to slip right off!
Frankie also likes some alone time too, he isn’t too needy, especially when there’s birds, insects and anything else that moves to watch through the window. His favourite place to sleep is on unmade bed, or the donut cat bed, or the blue blanket, or the tee-pee – so many options!
Currently fostered in a single cat household, we recommend that Frankie is adopted into a family with other cats owing to his love of playing and wrestling all day at his previous foster carer’s house.
Frankie is a bit scared by visitors, but can be coaxed out to say hello with his favourite treats!

Medical notes
Frankie has juvenile gingivitis, also known as eruption gingivitis. This means his gums are inflamed due to his adult teeth coming through to replace the baby teeth.
Juvenile gingivitis can, in some cases, mean the cat is more likely to be affected by dental disease later in life. Regular health checks and a good quality dental care diet will be beneficial to Frankie throughout his life. Frankie had a dental clean in November, did not require any extractions and has recovered well.
Frankie also has a sensitive tummy but is responding well to a raw diet (easily sourced from any supermarket) and dry food. He will need to stick with this dietary regime.
