About Dolly
Meet Dolly!
This gorgeous tabby girl has a luxurious long hair coat that is just beautiful! She's an absolute sweetheart and loves to cuddle up on your lap and smooch into your chin and neck.
Dolly loves to watch Netflix and will jump up onto the couch when she realises it’s time to settle in for some viewing time. She’s a real purr machine, so we hope it doesn’t distract you from your show!
Not only does Dolly love snuggling, but she also loves to soak up the sun through the window and play with some toys or her cat tree. She great with cats, but she's also ok with gentle dogs as well.
Overall, Dolly is a loving and playful kitty who would make the perfect companion for any family. If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves to snuggle, then Dolly is the one for you!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are desexed, microchipped and have had their first vaccination and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
