Harvey is a short and stocky active boy who loves to play all day long! Harvey would do best in a home with another active dog as he enjoys the company and playing helps to burn up some of his energy. He loves his humans and is always happy to see and meet people, he will be better suited to older kids. Harvey is gradually learning commands in his foster home, he sits and waits for his dinner.
