James and his siblings didn't have the easiest start to life. Found as strays, they hadn't spent time around humans before, and were very scared. James was, and still is the most shy of the bunch. Don't be deceived by the likely hiss and flat ears you'll be greeted with at the shelter though, James is a ball of love!

His new family will need to be gentle and patient with him while he adjusts to life in a new household, and will likely take some time to come out of his shell. In foster care, he has learned that humans can be loving and fun to play with. He loves to play in his tunnel, to chase ping pong balls, do bunny kicks and to wrestle with his siblings. He will need a variety of fun toys to help him settle in and keep him entertained.

Not only does he love to play, but James loves to curl up in a trusted human's lap for a snooze and cuddle. He also enjoys being brushed, and this will be a necessity for his long fluffy fur.

James would love to have a friendly feline companion, and would be more than happy to find a home with one of his siblings. He will need to be a strictly indoor cat, and as he can be easily spooked, will need a home without small children, though respectful teens are okay.

James is such a sweetheart, and once his new human family have won him over, they will be so rewarded. James can't wait to meet them!
