About Hamish
Hamish's foster mum calls him "bubby" (as he reminded her of a small puppy with a runny nose when he arrived!) but he's grown into a bubbly teenager very quickly. The best home for hamish would be in a family, with or without other dogs or cats, as he loves the company of both. He's tried to make friends with the big labrador down the road but his mum says he is not allowed out to play so they just talk under the fence. Hamish has a lovely gentle nature, loves children and has not barked or cried once since moving in. He loves watching his foster mum cook or doing the washing but also enjoys sleeping on the lounge with his legs in the air or watching tv with his foster dad. Hamish is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He has sometimes been left at home by himself when his foster parents went to work and was ok. He takes himself to bed at 8. 30pm each night and will come out to find you if you are not in bed by 9! because he is a healthy growing teenager (as far as we can tell) his foster mum says the best home would be one with lots of fun and a backyard if possible. But he would also be ok in a big apartment if he could go for a walk each day (he loves to go window shopping!) hamish has settled in very quickly to his new surroundings and has never once been a problem. He is a small dog with a gorgeous temperament but is never to be found under your feet or demanding attention. His foster parents have aid this will not be an easy dog to say goodbye to but, due to his love of ‘doggy friends’ and the current space restrictions at his foster home, we are hoping to find the best home for hamish. Hamish comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested and with local council lifetime registration for $295. Please phone denise on 0405 244871 or email denise@paws. Com. Au if you would like more information on hamish or to arrange to meet him. Listed 25 august
