Chester is a little puppy cat who looks like a mini border collie with the softest coat. He is super snuggly, loves a lap and is a little purr machine. He makes it known when he wants attention with his loud voice and will wait for you at the door. He just wants to be around people and loves curling up on a lap or shoulder snooze. Chester also loves to play and has plenty of energy. Chester would thrive in a family looking for a playful, cuddly kitten.
