Maddie

If you are looking for a hilarious, sweet and quirky girl to join your family, you have found the right kitten!

Maddie is a fabulous combination of playful energy meets snuggle fiend. Like many experienced hunters, Maddie has spent her time perfecting her cat skills, becoming adept at sidewards crab walks, ghost hunting and zoomies. During her playful escapades Maddie like to explore every nook and cranny, even if that may be the inside of a cupboard or draw as you are putting the clothes or dishes away. On this note, she is excellent at housework and loves to 'help' her humans make the bed, diving across the fresh sheets to chase any air pockets. After she exhausts all her energy for the day, she loves to snuggle up with her humans and cat siblings on the couch, preferably as close as possible. On top of, if she can. She can often be found slowly edging her way closer to the resident cats as they sleep. 

Not only does Maddie enjoy a good snuggle, but she adores attention. If she feels she is being ignored, be prepared for head bunts and insistent rubs. She loves soft strokes across her head and back, jumping into your hand before it's even within patting range, just to make sure you don't miss. When it is time for bed at the end of the day, Maddie will be your shadow. Her night time routine will consist of grabbing her favourite plush toy star and following you to bed. This goes with her everywhere. Bedroom, bathroom, loungeroom, kitchen. Where she goes, her star goes. Right before snuggling up with you for bed, Maddie has one last boost of energy, running a quick circuit over the bed, springboarding off the pillows before zooming up the cat tree and leaping off like a squirrel. 

Maddie likes: 

Sharing food. Despite being on a balanced diet of premium cat food, Maddie always offers to see if you want to share yours. 

Chopsticks. Using chopsticks can be rather challenging as these are clearly toys.

Playing with her star and other plush or crunchy toys and the resident cats

Other cats. She would like everyone to be friends

Maddie dislikes:

The ceiling fan

Being lonely. Whenever Maddie is left alone when her cat siblings have time in the courtyard she gets rather upset with no other cats or humans in the house. So if you work from home or have other furry siblings for Maddie to play with, she would love to meet you and find her forever home.
