About Rusty Bob
Introducing Rusty Bob! Rusty Bob is a Jack Russell x born on 26th July 2021. Being a Jack Russell x he is an energetic, playful, bouncey & loving boy.
Rusty Bob came in to the facility as a private surrender. Unfortunately his owner could no longer care for him & felt he deserved a better life. His owner has said he's house trained, travels well in the car, has no separation anxiety or food aggression and he's friendly with children & strangers. Rusty will need 6ft fences as we've been told he can jump 4ft fencing.
Rusty Bob was great with both large & small, male & female dogs.
Please note that if you have an existing dog in residence, we will require a meet and greet to ensure they get along before he goes home. When organising a meet and greet, we will require a current vaccination certificate for your dog/s.
Rusty Bob was very scared of cats & couldn't back away fast enough when 5 week old kittens hissed at him, so we feel he would be suitable to live with cats, however he has quite a high prey drive so he cannot be rehomed with pocket pets.
Rusty is such a loving young man who wants nothing more than a home he can call his own and not have to worry about losing another family.
Rusty Bob's adoption fee is $600 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration & current vaccination. Rusty Bob is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Rusty Bob, please call 0499 900 272 or email ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Rusty Bob is located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
