About Felicity & Bruno
This beautiful girl is Felicity, a domestic short hair born 17th December 2020.
Felicity came into our facility mid November 2022 & was incredibly shut down. After a few weeks we noticed her belly started to grow & after a check with the vets we found out our sweet girl was pregnant! Felicity is such a great mum, that over the last 5 months she's also accepted in several orphaned kittens & treated them as her own. Now they've all grown up we're finally able to start looking for a new family for her.
Felicity is a very sweet young lady, but still learning to trust humans. Her favourite people can give her scratches & pick her up, while others she will lick treats off their fingers but she cowers away from their touch. Once she trusts you, she is the most affectionate & sweet girl.
As Felicity is still learning to trust humans we are recommending a home with either no children, or children over 12yrs. While she is not aggressive, she will be too fearful around younger children.
Felicity is currently housed with another cat & they get along very well. While in care she has also been socialised with many other cats & kittens with no issue.
Since being at the facility Felicity's confidence has greatly improved & this is due to her love of other cats. While in care she has fallen in love with a handsome black & white guy, Bruno. They have become inseparable and she would love to continue their adorable cuddle sessions at home.
Felicity has shown signs of NOT enjoying the company of dogs & has terrified many of our adoption dogs while doing their cat testing. Because of this we feel she is best suited to a home with no dogs.
Felicity is litter trained and would make a wonderful addition to most families.
Felicity is such a gorgeous girl and she will be rehomed to a family who are willing to keep her as an inside cat only.
If you think you could be that furever family for Felicity & Bruno, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Felicity & Bruno's adoption fee is $300 & this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Felicity & Bruno are currently located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
