About Trixie
Hi, my name is Trixie, and I’m a cute little 9-month old black and tan Kelpie.
If I were to describe myself in a few words, I would say that I’m sweet, well-mannered, and absolutely adore being around people. I love attention and cuddles and am ready to find my forever family so I can shower them with endless love and loyalty.
I love to exercise and enjoy my daily walks or visits to the oval, beach or dog parks where I can run and meet new friends. I can get a very excited when I meet new friends at the park and am still working on not rounding my friends up! I am very clever and like learning new tricks, I have learnt to sit, drop, and come with my foster mum and am working on shake and stay.
I don’t mind whether I sleep inside or outside, I won’t make a peep either way. I am currently living with 2 other kelpies and love having their company but think I would be a great solo pet too so I can get all your love. I am also very gentle with children of all ages and would suit all types of families.
I am looking for a home with a secure yard, and with someone that can continue teaching me to be the best dog I can be. I have so much love to give and just want to be your best friend.
I you think that I sound like your perfect new family member then apply today!

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
