ABOUT
Nancy didn’t have the best start to life. She arrived into care complete emaciated, with mild flu, and with an awful head tilt. She was treated for several weeks for an inner ear infection, but that had little result, so she saw a specialist who confirmed that Nancy had two polyps – one in her inner ear causing the head tilt, another on her wind pipe which was making it difficult to eat. She had surgery to remove those polyps, and as she was recovering she went a little backwards, and it was then that it was found that she had somehow broken her tail – the poor girl couldn’t catch a break!! She had the bottom part of her tail amputated, and since then she has gone from strength to strength.
Nancy is such a beautiful little girl, and is unique in so many ways. She is initially unsure of new people and new surrounding, however once she is comfortable with you, she is super affectionate and loves to crawl onto your lap or hang over her shoulder.
Her tuxedo coat is sprinkled with white hairs through the black like a little lamington. Due to surgery to remove the polyps, she still has a little head tilt that doesn’t affect her in any other way than when u talk to her she pops her head on the side & looks at you.
Nancy just loves to hang out with you, wherever you are & doesn’t believe in privacy at all. She makes little chirping sounds as she carries her toys around in her mouth to show you what a great hunter she is.
