Meet Jack! This 8 year old Silky/Poodle mix is a bundle of joy waiting to be adopted. At only 4 kg, he's a small pooch with a big heart and plenty of love to give. Jack is vaccinated, desexed, wormed and both cat and dog friendly - although he may be too energetic and good motivated for smaller children, so older children over 12 years old would be best.
Jack has an enormous appetite but is very easily motivated so if you have another pet it's best to feed them separately to ensure they don't get into any squabbles over dinner! He loves spending time outdoors in the sun and playing fetch with his favourite toy.
Jack is as cute as a button, funny and charming. He loves his food, in fact he is very good motivated, so if you have another dog, best to feed them separately.
If you think Jack might be the one for you, please contact your local shelter in Cleveland and enquire about adopting him for the small fee of $695.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Hereโs some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
๐ฑ Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the petโs bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
๐พ Details about your family
๐ก Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
