Hi, I’m Fernando!
I’m a lovable and easy-going guy, who would be happy in most homes, even with a first-time cat owner.
I actually came into the facility after I was dumped with some other cats at a vet clinic. I was already desexed but I didn’t have a microchip. I don’t know why I was abandoned, I thought I was a good pet..
A little about me! I’m very affectionate and love humans. I’m quite vocal and love talking to people all day. String toys and balls are my favourite toys and I’m not fussy at all with my food.
I would be open to meet children of any age! Here at the facility I haven’t liked cats at all, but maybe with a very slow introduction in a home it could be different.
It’s presumed that I was an outdoor cat before, so I’d really love the warmth and safety of being inside only now.

Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
