About Scoop - 1 Year Old Domestic Short Hair
Want the scoop on Scoop?
He’s a tall, dark, and handsome black one-year-old, desexed, male cat with a splash of white (and lots of personality).
He was called Scoop because he loves to be scooped up for a cuddle! Scoop has a happy, relaxed and calm nature and gets along with everyone - children, adults, visitors, dogs and other cats. He is an inside-only cat who is happy to do his own thing while the family is out working and at school. When you come home he will welcome you and request a cuddle, and then spend most of his time nearby helping you with your chores. If you wander off and Scoop can’t find you he’ll sometimes call out a few times so he knows where you are. At other times he will enjoy being by himself and will happily just bask in a sunny spot and leave you to do your own thing.
Scoop is old enough to have learnt a few house rules but young enough to enjoy a play. His favourite games are chasing a toy feather string or stalking his toy mouse. Scoop also loves to curl up in your lap when you are ready to relax. He enjoys being stroked and cuddled, and at times will kneed you with pleasure. He also loves snuggling in under your chin when you hold him. Scoop is an indoor only cat and would love to be adopted by a family, or otherwise a couple or an individual, who want a handsome cat with personality to spoil.
Scoop is in foster care in Lake Macquarie, NSW. He is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped, and can be adopted for $150. For more information on Scoop, please contact his foster carer on their email missa_2710@hotmail.com
