I'm Joey - a goofy playful young man who can forget his manners at times and get a little jumpy...
I'm looking for a calm home with some structure and routine to help me settle, and to set me up for success as a family doggo. I want to be allowed indoors to be part of my human family. I am quite cross-eyed and can find it a little challenging at times when things aren't where I think they are. Maybe I "should've gone to Specsavers" as a pup, but there aren't any optical stores that specialise in doggies...
I love to play with toys. I know my 'sit' well and I'm eager to please.
Please feed me from enrichment toys to provide me with plenty of mental stimulation and brain training activities - I'm quite smart. Because I sometimes don't know my own strength, in a friendly way that is, teens in the home are preferred to any littlies. I'm quite social with other dogs but must meet any resident family dog at time of adoption. Because of my enthusiasm and boisterousness, I can appear pushy and rude when sniffing out my own kind, so a calm and social dog that models good behaviour would be a great match for me. So keen to find my forever!
