About Snickers
Snickers is a 9 months old Chocolate Labrador who came into rescue because he was too much energy for the 2 small dogs in the family
He is now desexed and vaccinated and life time registered He is good in storms, not concerned by loud noises and doesnt have separation anxiety. Snickers weighs 30 kilos and loves a walk but does need a little more training with that.
Snickers is a typical Labrador , a good natured doofus and completely unaware of his size and weight, but he is learning . He can now sit when asked and is working on stay He loves to chase a ball and is learning to bring it back. His foster carers think he is a loveable , mostly well behaved gentle giant .
Snickers is currently an only dog at his foster carers but he would love to have a friend around his size in his forever home. He doesnt seem bothered by cats but we havent really tested him with them up close
If you would like to apply to adopt Snickers please send back the application form . There is a link to the form in the adoption details section
Snickers is in foster care in Maitland and will be available after he has recovered from his desexing towards the end of May

We require an initial application and then if a dog seems a match we can arrange a meet and greet at a local park or the foster carers home. If the meet is successful we then arrange a yard check and if that is satisfactory we require full payment on picking up the dog.
We then give a 2 week trial and if in that time it is not working we will refund all but $50 for admin costs. We also require that the adopter returns our dogs back to us at any time in its lifetime (without a refund) for us to rehome.
