About Fergus
If you are interested in Fergus, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/w1iDu99Rx4PpvG7e7
Fergus is a wonderful doggo looking for his forever home - the second time around, as his pawrents are moving overseas and cannot take him. He has been a pet for two years already. He just celebrated his 5th birthday in May!
He is most comfortable being inside the home and sleeps through the night without any problems. An apartment or house will work great for him. he does love lying in the sun in the yard! He also enjoys spending time in his crate, it's a safe haven!
Fergus is ok spending some hours alone after some initial easing in. He has done full time alone hours in his previous home, but as always with rescue dogs, this needs to be introduced slowly.
Fergus has met lots of other breed dogs and has been polite with most, unless they are jumping in his face, he tends to growl (fair!) and needs some redirection.
Currently he is living with 4 other greyhound siblings with no problems. He is such an easy dog to have around and loves to snuggle up beside you.
All in all, Fergus is just an overall good pup who deserves all the love in the world!
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
