Gus

This beautiful tabby boy started life as the pudgiest kitten in his litter, earning him the name Gus, short for Augustus Gloop from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. While Roald Dahl's famously rotund Augustus is greedy for all the chocolate he can get his hands on, our little Gus just wants truckloads of snuggles and love from the humans in his life.

Gus is super friendly, affectionate and every bit the charmer. He loves to nestle himself up where he can look right into his foster carer's eyes and gaze at her lovingly while he falls asleep. He's also very happy snuggling up next to one of his favourite humans on the lounge where he stretches himself out as long as he can be in the cutest way as he relaxes into a deep sleep.

Lovely Gus is very social and adores the other cats and the dogs in his foster home. Unlike his portly namesake, Gus is quite acrobatic and has become known for his Olympic-level high jump when playing, almost as if he has little springs in his paws!

When he's not hanging out with his siblings, he can be found playing with his favourite pompom that once adorned his foster carer's slipper but has now become Gus' prized property. This confident boy is ready and waiting to charm his new forever family.
