About Mae 🌷
Sugar and Spice and all things nice, that’s what this adorable girl is made of…..
Mae is our 14 week old DSH (Domestic Short Hair) kitten, who has a beautiful blue coat (similar to that of a Russian blue). She weighs in at just under 2kg (quite a petite little girl).
Toys (particularly balls, tunnels and anything on a string), people and other friendly felines are all high on Mae’s list as ‘essential’. She is currently sharing her foster home with cats ranging from 7 weeks to 18mths, and gets along well with everyone. She often entertains herself when in play mode (if the other cats are napping and her humans are busy), and loves to follow you around from room to room as you go about your day.
Mae is gentle when playing, and whilst she is not currently living with young children, she adores both males and females and would fit in well to most homes. She would be completely fine with younger kids as long as they were respectful of animals. She’s also an absolute purr machine! She’s happy to have her paws touched, be held in your arms, or snuggled up in your lap, but as with all cats, this is dependant on her mood 🥰
Whilst Mae is currently living with 4 dogs, she has been kept separate from them and will need slow introductions if you plan on integrating them together. She is quite a confident girl though and would be fine around cat friendly dogs. During her time in care, she has been indoor only, but does have access to an outdoor enclosure (which she loves) and for her own safety, as well as the wildlife, we are looking for a home where she will remain an indoor only cat (or one with a safe enclosed outdoor space).
Mae is currently on a diet of Royal Canin dry kitten food, but does also enjoy sharing her foster cats Royal Canin Indoor dry food. It took a few days to work out what wet food she enjoys most, and fresh roo mince seems to be the winner!
We use Tofu cat litter and Mae uses both standard and covered litter trays.
Whoever is lucky enough to adopt this beautiful, affectionate lady, will have a friend for life. She truly melts your heart 💜
Mae is located in Hamlyn Terrace on the Central Coast NSW and ready to head off to her forever home now ❤️

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
