About Wanda
We are currently looking for adoptive homes for two beautiful sisters, Wanda and Winnie. These precious pups are still young and are in desperate need of a loving family to call their own.
Wanda and Winnie are both female and have a stunning white and tan coat. They are a unique mix of kelpie and sharpei, which makes them even more special. Sadly, these sweet girls are the only ones left from their litter as their other two siblings have started their new lives.
We can't help but feel saddened by the fact that these two sisters are still waiting for their chance at happiness. They are both well-behaved and are quick learners. Wanda and Winnie already know how to sit on command and are currently learning how to walk nicely on a lead. They are also learning how to wait patiently, which is an important skill for any dog to have.
One thing that we must mention is that Wanda and Winnie are okay being around chickens. So, if you are someone who has chickens in your backyard, these two pups would be a perfect fit for you.
We are not sure why Wanda and Winnie haven't been adopted yet. These two sisters have so much love to give, and we know that they will make their new families very happy. They are energetic and playful, but also love to snuggle up and relax. They are perfect for families with children, as they adore playing and interacting with kids.
It breaks our hearts to see these two sisters still waiting. We are hoping that someone will come forward and give them the love and attention they deserve. Wanda and Winnie have been through so much already, and it's time for them to start their happy ever after.
If you are interested in adopting Wanda or Winnie, please reach out to us at SAFE Goldfields. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and arrange a meet and greet with these two adorable pups.
Let's give Wanda and Winnie the chance to live a happy and fulfilled life.
Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me ""no"" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
