Damon - 7 Month Old Cattle Dog X (Trial

HELLO everyone I’m Damon!

I am a 7-month-old pup who is waiting to meet my new best friend and someone to explore the world with. Someone to stare at while you do your things or someone to follow around the backyard. I’m a loveable pup who will give one lucky person or family non-stop affection and loyalty.

Damon just wants to be loved. He craves pats and will paw you or chatter to you to ask you to continue patting him. Damon is an intelligent pup who can sit on demand and is currently learning other commands like ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘heal’. He is also walking well on a lead. Damon will grow a little more into a medium sized dog who will need ongoing training to ensure his working dog traits are directed positively. He needs his humans to be interactive with him, provide opportunities for stimulation and be up for frequent play.

Damon is a bubbly and energetic boy who is well behaved inside and out. Although he proceeds with caution, he is a good boy around other animals, including both dogs and cats. He would thrive with a daily walk, and with a bit more training he will make a fabulous jogging partner or tradies mate. Damon LOVES to play with toys. He knows how to fetch but is still learning to bring the toy back.

Being a cattle dog, your fencing should be tall and dig-proof. He is best suited to a family home or an individual that will be his best mate. Damon is kid friendly and would thrive off the attention from small humans as he is very gentle. Although, he is still learning not to jump straight into your lap for a cuddle whilst sitting down.

Damon is in foster care in Charlestown, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle). He is available for adoption to NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD. Damon’s adoption fee is $600 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
