Franklin Arthur & Monika 💙🌸

This sweet pair are so bonded that there is no other option than finding them a home where they can be together for the rest of their lives.

Franklin A came into the rescue with a very badly damaged foot and despite having had an operation to remove the crushed bones, he still struggled with pain, so the decision to amputate the whole leg was made.

He is now pain free and being a tripod has not slowed him down at all. He’s often seen Tokyo drifting around corners on the wooden floor in his foster home.

Monika stayed by Franky’s side during his operations and recovery periods, and it was lovely to see. Their concern for each other is touching.

Franky is an absolute pleasure … he’s always cheerful, quirky and super affectionate. He loves flopping over onto his back so that you can ruffle the fur on his scruffy belly.

He’s hoping to find someone who is prepared to jump up and scratch that itch on his cheek when his little rotating stump isn’t even making contact.

Monika is a little more reserved and is happy for Franky to do the peopley thing, though she’s more than happy for a pat when she’s eating or curled up next to her Franky.

They are currently living with other cats and two large dogs. Franky ignores the dogs but Mon will chase them if they get too close to her. The big pup runs away from her and gets into his crate … I’m sure he’d shut the crate door behind him if he was able to.

Franklin A and Mon are a lovely little couple 💕
