About Heidi
Heidi is a purebred Border Collie with complete registration and papers. Her owners had to leave her with me while they went overseas to a terminal relative. Sadly, they have advised me that they are not returning and ask that I find her a loving home.
Heidi is full of beans and quite excitable so she is best suited to a calm household with owners who are willing to continue on with her education. She is good with other dogs, people, children and travelling in the car. Due to changes in her life at a young age, she is a little anxious and would need time to settle in and not be left for long hours on her own.
Indoor dog, toilet trained and well behaved. Not sure how she would be around cats.
Heidi is well-mannered on walks and will lie quietly at coffee shops with a stuffed Kong. Still needs ongoing training to be proficient and reliable in a range of environments.
Applicants must have suitable fencing, be prepared to train, and have her live as a member of the family and NOT an outside dog.
Medical notes
As with all my rescue dogs Heidi has had a full health check including a blood profile to rule out any other health issues and all parameters were in the normal range.
She is now desexed.
Recently fully vaccinated.
On Nexguard Spectra which covers ticks, fleas and all internal parasites.
