About Lexie
To apply to meet Lexie, please copy and paste this link into your URL bar and complete a BARRC Expression of Interest Form. https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=rc2005&method=online_form_html&formid=41
Lexie is an affectionate and energetic little girl who is looking for an active and inclusive home, where she will be provided with regular physical and mental stimulation.
She has a sweet nature, adores her family and has been well socialised with other dogs and livestock. She is an intelligent girl who responds very well to praise and treats, and will bond strongly with her new owners. She is fine to go to a home with older children.
Lexie does however show some signs of anxiety around strangers and during thunderstorms. She is seeking a caring and patient home that will help to work through her fears and grow her confidence, ideally with a well-rounded and playful dog sibling. These fears are already improving in foster care, as Lexie is no longer afraid of the car and is now happy to go for a drive.TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS DOG you will need to complete a BARRC Expression of Interest Form to be considered for this pet. Our form can be completed directly by copying this link into your search bar.

Our dogs are living in private foster homes and are available for you to meet. By submitting an Expression of Interest Form, you will receive a response within 14 days.
Our adoption fee includes a general health check, flea and worming treatment, vaccination, microchipping and desexing. Our dogs are generally desexed at 6 months of age. If the dog you are applying for is too young for desexing, a voucher is provided for use at one of our approved vet providers only. A 14 day adoption trial period is available when adopting an animal from BARRC.
Adoption fees are required to be paid in full before taking the animal onto trial.
