PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ADOPT TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WE WILL REQUEST PROOF OF AGE FOR ANY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT 
Please be mindful that you also must also have permanent residency  in Australia 
First and Foremost we want you to know we love these fur kids with our hearts just like they were our own and we only want the best we can possibly give them.We are also truly overjoyed that you are choosing to rescue a dog that deserves a second chance at life,we have nurtured  them and watched them thrive and become the beautiful dogs as you have read in the profile so we thank you from the bottom of our hearts 
WE truly hope we are able to match you with the furkid you are applying for but we ask that you be mindful that we are expecting many applications for this beautiful baby, and we will match them with the most suitable home who applies.
If successful in the adoption you will receive on adoption dayVaccination certificatesDesexing certificateChange of MicroChip ownership into your name ( we will pay for this and complete all paperwork on your behalf and process to appropriate company)Information paperwork about your dog including current food diet  etcThe dog will be wormed and flea treated before you leave the foster carers home after adoption 
Before you complete the application, can we request you take the time to read the below points in detail
 ! - Please read the profile in full before applying 2 - Please do not apply if you are not in a position to adopt immediately. This means that if we call you to arrange a meet and you have other commitments and are not available to meet within the next few days we will move to another great application'3 - Please ensure you read the profile of the dog you are applying for in full before you complete the adoption application Bringing a new addition into your family is a big step and should not be taken lightly
We also ask that BEFORE you complete the application that you have had a very detailed discussion with all members of the household to ensure they are also " on board " with this application you place  
4- Please do not apply if this baby is a birthday or a surprise gift for someone WE do not think of our babies as a gift. and are certainly not surprise presents !5- Please do not apply if you have a puppy under the age of 6 months in residence already. We believe you have enough on your hands with training and will not adopt our another puppy to you at this point
Please understand we are only trying to do the best thing for our beloved dog
We take all adoptions very seriously and will ensure we choose the best possible fit
This can take some time so please be patient with us while we complete this process
If you are selected as a possible new home we will make contact with you for a phone interview
If you do not hear back from us it means that you either did not fit the descriptive criteria or there were other applicants that could offer our baby a more suitable home
The process from here once the application is completed !Your information will drop into a big spreadsheet in which the foster carer and the adoption coordinator will review with all other applicationsWe allow a few days for for as many people as we can the opportunity to applyOnce we cut the applications off  ( this means the dog will disappear from the webpage while its on hold) we then start to review the information in the spreadsheet and see which homes for the criteria we outlinedWe then based on the answers you provide, we short list applicants We then have a meeting with the foster carer and the coordinator to see if we all agree on the top 3 applications ( Based on the dogs needs)Once this is confirmed we start background checking the successfully chosen applicantsOnce confirmed these are authenticated applicants the most suitable applicants are contacted From there the most suitable application is chosen
As you can see this is a throughout and detailed process to ensure we get this right for both our precious baby and for our beautiful potential homeSo please allow us time to do this and be patient with our process Our ultimate goal is to ensure we find the perfect fit for all 
PLEASE Be mindful that our beautiful Volunteer foster carers are reviewing your applicationIF you application is successful   The foster carer or adoption coordinator will call you for a phone interviewIf you do not answer or rerun the message in a timely manner we WILL move on to the next applicant that we choseIf the phone interview is successful, we will invite you to meet the baby you have applied for You will have time to spend with your potential match and to ask the foster carer any questions you may have.The adoption coordinator or carer will be observing how you interact with the dog and how the dog feels about you !If the meet is successful you will be offered the opportunity to adopt the beautiful baby you have applied forIf the adoption coordinator or carer feels you are not suitable at the meet  or they feel the dog in not comfortable with you or a family member you will be told the dog is not suitable We are very transparent in our adoptionsIf you are NOT successful Unfortunately  there is only going to be one person who we make happy when applying for one of our dogs !!!!After all, we are talking about an application for one dog and we might get 5-50 applications ........this means that everyone BUT the successful person is going to be disappointed .... We get SOOOOOOO many emails back asking why we were not selected !Firstly we simply do not have time to personally email everyone back with why.The overall answer is1 - you have potentially applied for a dog that you did not fit the criteria2 - there were many perfect applications and someone else could offer slightly or absolutely better homes. 3 - you are applying for a dog that we know by our years of experience does not for your lifestyle . Remember we actually know these dogs and just because you think they might suit we actually know them in person  4 - We researched you and we can see you have not been truthful on your application
 So please don't be discouraged if you are not successful in your applicationIf you are truthful and honest it might not be your application was not good it might just be that someone else could offer a better home or were more suitable for that particular dogs needs
We will email everyone that applies asap once the dog they have applied for has been adopted to let them know BUT please do not ask for individual reasons FOR not being the successful applicant  as we just don't do that  But you never know the next one might be the perfect match for you !
