Gherkin

Sweet little Gherkin, also more commonly known as Skittles while in foster care, was picked up in the McDonalds Colony trapping. A very squishy little tortie; who defies the definition of naughty-tortie in every way. Gherkin is all the playfulness of a young kitten, with the manners of an older cat. She is always silky smooth and squeaky clean, never misses her litter tray and polishes off her breakfast and dinner without fuss. A little wary when meeting new people, she will quickly warm up if a wand toy is involved. She loves to chase crinkly toys, rattly toys and loves pom-poms! Gherkin isn't a big climber, but does love to sun herself on a windowsill. She just loves the company of other cats, both kittens and older ones. She is very gentle, loves morning pats and when she trusts you is happy to be picked up and cuddled. Not much of a chatterbox, this quiet little girl will slide into any home and be quite content.
