About Harriet
Meet Yoda! She is a sweet girl with special needs- Yoda has dwarfism. She is a very affectionate girl once she settles in and builds a bond with her person. Yoda has been shy in the shelter but has been smoochy none-the-less, so she is in need of a calm, quiet, adult-only home where she can spend all her days on your lap. Yoda can be uncertain of strangers and loud noises, so her new owner will want to be patient and go at her pace. Her adopter will be rewarded with lots of snuggles when a trusting connection is formed. Yoda has spent her whole life as an indoor only cat since she is vertically challenged, so Yoda needs to remain an inside cat.

You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:

Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
