About Kakadu
Hi there! My name is Kakadu, and I am a fourteen-week-old gorgeous red koolie x kelpie boy. I love cuddles, attention and playing with toys.
I am starting my basic training by learning how to sit and stay. I am crate trained and sleep quietly in my crate overnight, waiting until I am let out in the morning to complete my toileting. My recall is coming along well, I just want to please my humans, so I come running when my foster parents call me. I love playing on the outside play equipment and I am very active. I need to continue my training in my new home.
In my foster home I am living with a toddler, a baby and two other dogs. I am especially fond of the toddler who gives great cuddles and never gets tired of patting me. I love playing with the other dogs, but if my new family was home most of the time and socialised me well, I would be ok as an only dog. I am still getting used to the cats and horses around my foster home but with slow introductions I’m sure I would like to have all kinds of friends.
I would be suited to most experienced, active homes and cannot wait to find someone to adventure with. If it sounds like I am the perfect fit for your home, please complete an application form. I can’t wait to hear from you and give you lots of cuddles (have I mentioned I LOVE cuddles?)
Lots of love

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
