Amethyst

This stunning little girl is one of the most well-rounded kittens we have ever met here at Sugar & Spice. Simply put, she is everything you could want in a cat.

Amethyst adores people and is very affectionate, but she is not overly clingy or in need of constant attention. She is happy to sit on your lap and get cuddles, or just to perch nearby and gaze at you lovingly, purring to her heart's content.

Like most young cats, she loves to run around and play, but her kitten capers are more of a cheeky wind than a billowing monsoon. In other words, she is not so rambunctious that she leaves a trail of destruction in her wake (unlike some kittens we know) but she will definitely keep you entertained.

Amethyst loves her foster siblings and gets along with everyone seamlessly, but is also very independent. She would do well in a house with other cats but is also likely to be just fine on her own (as long as she has people around to give her the cuddles she deserves).

One of the cutest things about this precious girl is that she has not quite mastered the art of meowing. Sometimes she manages to produce an audible squeak, but mostly it sounds like she has a very minor air leak. This silly little sonance is sure to bring a smile to your face each and every time you hear it.

Because of her very light features, Amethyst will need to be kept indoors and away from the sun's harmful rays. A little bit of outdoor time in a fully-enclosed area is ok, but preferably not when the sun is at its strongest.
