About Spirit
This is Spirit.
Spirit has been with rescue for 2 years now.
She was a young cat who was seen by the public in a car park dragging her broken back leg.
We jumped into action and trapped her and got her to the vet asap.
Spirit spent weeks crated so that her leg could heal as she was lucky it wasn’t broken.
In all the craziness she ended up having half her tail removed as she must have damaged that aswell.
Our vet believes she was maybe clipped by a car and her tail got the brunt of it.
Spirit is kept in a home with many other cats and a patient carer who leaves her alone and doesn’t try to force affection on her. She can co-exist with humans but doesn’t want to be touched or picked up.
A farm home would be the best for her as she likes living wild with other cats and would make a great hunter aswell
You must have a secure area to keep her for a few weeks before letting her out on your property

* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal aswell.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption and if all goes well that same day, they can adopt on the spot and take home to begin the next chapter together.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed

The site is ran by volunteers who also have work commitments and families of their own.
