Introducing Yuna, our little red pocket rocket! She’s a 7 year old staffy mix weighing in at 20kg. She absolutely adores her people and if she could, would sit right next to you all day. If you can’t commit to the 24/7 attention she would like, she is happy to stay home and has shown to enjoy her outside time in the sun lounging around for the day.
She can sit, stay and wait for almost a whole second! She’s very gentle when taking food and getting pats but every so often will super man dive off something into your arms so best suited to adults or older dog savvy kids. She has shown to be tolerant of the chickens in their pen and she absolutely adores dogs but I think she would prefer to be your only full time furchild.
Yuna does have some ongoing skin conditions that will take a committed owner, she needs her feet bathed once a week with medicated shampoo and is currently trialing monthly injections which are showing improvement. She’s also been eating specific food that will need to be continued and should be limited on treats to prevent flare ups.
Yuna, like all dogs, will benefit from ongoing training and the occasional reminding of her boundaries.
She can’t wait to meet her new best bud and claim her spot on the front passenger seat on the drive home!
