Rufus

Imp 658 RUFUS. Rufus is a tan medium sized mixed breed adult dog, approx. 5-8 years. He came to us as an unmicrochipped stray and we have very little information about him. The area he was found was near a homeless community so that is a potential option. He did have some superficial bite wounds on his neck when he came but does not appear to show aggression to other dogs. We would always recommend a meet and greet if you have another dog. He has been a sweet dog in the Shelter. He does love human attention. He will need secure fencing, containment or a constant companion. We are still learning about him and will update as we can. He is being desexed and vaccinated on Thursday 11 May 2023. Visitors are welcome beforehand. His adoption fee is $408 which includes microchipping, registration, worming, flea treatment, desexing and vaccination. If interested please visit the shelter or call 6583 3488.
