About Sharlie
Meet Sharlie, a two year old female Staffy cross. Sharlie is an outgoing and highly active girl who loves affection and enjoys going for walks. She is experienced with car rides when crated, and will thrive in a home setting with an equally active person.
Sharlie's new home must have high secure fencing. She is a bouncy girl who can jump pretty high, but has not attempted an escape whilst at SMART. Sharlie loves to be with you. She is in her element when she's pottering with you or heading out on an adventure. She's the perfect blend of adventurer and couch potato! We feel that without physical and mental stimulation, Sharlie will be unhappy, so an owner who loves to have a companion whilst exploring as well as a snuggle buddy at the end of the day would be perfect for her.
Sharlie would do best in a home with no cats and she plays well with other dogs her own size when given a structured introduction. Sharlie responds well to basic commands and is the process of learning some that are a bit more advanced. Being EXTREMELY treat motivated will make further training a breeze .
Sharlie needs an active lifestyle, someone to snuggle and a chief treat supplier! With her beautiful personality, Sharlie will make the perfect companion for the right family.
Sharlie has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $100.00. If you are interested in adopting this lovely lady, please fill in an adoption application

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
