Are you my new best friend?

Hi there, I'm Arnie, a 2 year old English staffy x.

I'm a super lovable boy and just want to be close to my humans. My favourite things to do are to go walking with you to explore the great outdoors, and then snuggle up on the couch with you, or on my cosy bed.

I'm a good boy, toilet trained and sleep inside through the night on my bed. I've recently been desexed and have had my vet check and vaccinations.

At 22kg I'm a medium doggo, but I am strong! I'm still learning to walk on the lead without pulling, but I'm a very quick learner! In a few short weeks I've learned to sit, and have almost perfected 'stay' and 'wait'.

I am a very talented jumper, and can leap onto tables and BBQs, however I haven't tried to jump my foster carers fence yet.

At the moment I live with a foster sister, and we enjoy our walks and snuggles together. I don't really know how to play with a ball yet, but have just started to play tug of war with her. I am fairly dog friendly although my carer is not sure if I would like small fluffy dogs. I definitely don't like cats, and would not suit pocket pets.

I would be best suited with someone who is mostly home, and will let me be inside with them, or someone who can take me to work with them! If you are home a lot, I could easily be an only dog.

I would also be happy to have a doggy friend to live with, especially if you are out of the house a bit.

I am ok to be left at home with my foster sister, but I do need secure fencing.
I currently live with 2 children aged over 10, and just love licking them! I have been around a toddler, and although I wasn't not overly interested in her, I am prone to jumping and licking in general, so best suited to older children.

I would love to live with someone who will enjoy taking me for regular walks and continuing my training. I'm a smart, lovable boy, and can't wait to meet you!
