Meet Milo!

Milo has had a bit of a tough time. When she arrived at the shelter Milo's matting was so bad she could hardly move, she was sore and didn't want anyone to touch her. Our vet clinic carefully clipped her bare and since then she has slowly started to trust us allowing pats and even jumping up into a lap for a short snug.

While Milo is continuing to gain her trust in people she will need an owner who has had angora rabbits before, and understands the high level of their grooming needs. She may never be comfortable getting a proper brush from her owner again and might need a professional groomer or vet clinic to assist in the future. She will need time to get to know you and patience while she gets used to her new environment. Given her history she would be best in a home without children as she needs consistency and calm to ensure she continues to learn to trust her new owners and enjoy pats again.
