Affectionate and cruisy boy!
- Wesley is such a good boy! His carer says he's the best behaved cat she's ever fostered!
- He's an affectionate boy, with the soft big paws!
- Usually playful before his morning and dinner meals so this is the best time for you to play with him.
- He enjoys his quiet toys from the string of wool, small plush toys and bouncy balls.
- He adapted very quickly to his new environment in care.
- Wesley is OK with multiple people being around and sits on anyone's lap!
- You'll get to know when he does and does not want something. For example, his grooming is to be done after dinner otherwise he rejects his brush!
- He has a fascination with water! Loves dipping his paws in his water bowl, running taps and likes watching you shower.
- Wesley is litter trained and has a good appetite. He is on a special diet of Royal Canin sensitive wet and dry food which must continue.
- He has lived with another cat and is untested with dogs or children but given his laid back character we believe he would be fine with gentle children.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on ""best fit"" for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
