Hi! My name is Earl and my foster mum says I’m a very sweet chilled 10 years young gentleman. I am the father of four Hounds in Homes dogs - current foster - Hogan and adopted Prince, Cassius and Sally - so you can call me the Papa of HiH!

I have just arrived into care and have been temperament tested, Hounds in Homes has decided to open up applications early for my forever home due to my age. I’m a sweet gentle giant and I still enjoy my walks. I’m looking for a forever home that will spoil me for the rest of my golden years.

I sleep most of the day but from time to time, I like to wonder around the house and check on my humans. I’m a smart boy, and am toilet trained. I walk well on the leash and like to take my soft toys with me. I can climb up and down a few short outdoor concrete stairs too.

I like my squeaky toys and fishy treats. I haven’t shown any separation anxiety, resource guarding or sleep startle. I have an annoying little sassy sister but I ignore her and walk away when she growls and barks. I’m happy to live with or without another doggo.
